Eden housing / Eden Developers / Eden Builders all are different name of one scam company. They get huge money from clients by showing model homes and promising the possessions but they are group of cheaters. They collect money and opens new projects. They don't care for their previous clients who paid their full amounts and getting nothing.

Eden Palace Villas is example of their past deceiving. All people who paid for EPV are suffering from a continuous pain and long long delay (2004-2008).  There are many plots that are still empty plots.  Incompleted houses are incomplete from last many years. In some incomplete houses, trees has been grown up in rooms, it means they left houses while building for many years. They still have not any future plan to build this community. They don't want to invest in that because, they have invested the collection funds in their other projects.

Don't believe me, go at site, 3.5 km from thokar niaz baig toward raiwind road Lahore, and see what is going on there.  There are a little number of people working, that means, they will take more than 5 years  to complete the community. No one is there to hear the clients. Contractors are misbehaving clients. Poor quality of material is being used by contractors due to non payment of eden to contractors. Roof of most houses are leaking in the rain even they are not delivered to clients yet.

They are collecting money from Eden Abad, Eden Garden, Eden Lane Villas, Eden Lane Villas II etc, forgets the incomplete projects and announces new projects. This is height of greediness. Top authorities have been build a strong shell arround them that no client can meet or even see any authority.  Marketting is just doing everything to cheat people to invest in their projects.
